Welcome to the start of your Sonas Career!
As the largest hospitality employer on the Isle of Skye, and our expansion into the mainland, we are confident we have something to offer everyone here at The Sonas Hotel Collection.
We are a living wage employer, meaning that all our rates of pay for those 18+, begin at £13.45 per hour.
Our job roles range from hospitality operations, including housekeeping, reception, food and beverage and kitchen roles, to support roles including central reservations, sales, finance and people.
Our aim as an employer is to champion the hospitality industry as a career, provide a stable and safe environment for all colleagues, and to add value to both the professional, and personal lives of all our Sonas family.
But don't just take our word for it, have a run through our careers page, meet the key faces of our leadership teams, hear about some of our colleagues' personal experiences working with The Sonas Hotel Collection, read about what else we offer, and then check our our current vacancies for the latest available roles.
Sonas is the Gaelic word for happiness, and we cannot wait for you to share in our Sonas!

Who Will You See?
Though we are still a small group, we have some key people in our team to guide the business and support our colleagues.
